Kids Yoga: calm and happy children…
At our studio children between 5 and 10 years of age can be introduced to the world of Yoga. While attending specially developed classes of Kids Yoga, children will improve their gross-motor skills and start to use their bodies more efficiently; their immune system will become stronger and also hyperactivity will be reduced. By working on relaxation techniques children will develop better concentration and improve attention which in turn will show positive effect at their school performance. Fostering learning skills and creativity is another benefit of Kids Yoga
What is the difference of Istanbul Yoga Prana?
The yoga classes at our studio, located in the center of Bahçeşehir are conducted in Turkish, English and Russian. All classes are given by certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. In addition to the group yoga classes you can choose to take individual lessons at our studio. The program for private yoga lessons is developed in accordance to your needs and level – certified teachers will work with you individually allowing a deeper and more personal yoga experience.
After a busy day at work or a tiring session at the gym you can join a session of relaxing massage at our studio. The deep tissue massage is done by a professional therapist at a hygienic environment. After a massage session you would feel totally renewed!
And after your yoga lesson at our studio you can take a moment and rest at our Bamboo Café. Located at the garden floor of our studio, Bamboo Café serves home-made vegan and vegetarian meals and drinks, that we strongly advise you to try.
